By accessing and using the CreativiTECH website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CreativiTECH provides web development, digital marketing, AI consulting, traditional marketing, and related technology services. Specific project terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own all deliverables upon full payment. CreativiTECH retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins with the balance due upon completion or as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

CreativiTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
